Every time I try to sign in, the sign in page opens up but the sign in butting just spins. As in it’s spinning before I even type anything.

This APP is horrible never works and I miss out on earning rewards

I spend a lot of money on lotto(scratchers). Sometimes I’m overwhelmed with tickets and can’t scan them all in to play on… I also don’t have the ability to perfectly keep track of every single ticket I scan into play on…. But if I scan in the same quick ticket three times accidentally I won’t be able to to scan anything else for a “time out” period. Like… okay well I have a ton of tickets because I don’t know if I’ve scanned them in or not. The games are literally rigged. For the free points. It’s whatever. If I didn’t love the scratchers so much I wouldn’t leave 4 stars. In order to win as much as possible when the odds are against you, pay attention to the ticket numbers, pay attention to the winnings for games, tickets, and other rewards. Check online to see if the big prizes have been won or not. Check the back of the ticket to see what your odds are for winning. Etc… I’ve never received anything in my email with a promo code, or a discount or anything…. Which is fine…. If it didn’t say that they send that stuff to your email. Things I wish were different: *No capped limit on tickets scanned in *Let me scan the ticket once for ticket checker and play on. *Coupons that actually more than 1,2,5, & 10 I’ve literally never won anything from this app, I just pay to save myself at best $12 a month. When I’m buying around $460 worth of tickets every round, seems less than productive for me I guess. I’m not trying to sound ungrateful although I’m sure I do. The app itself runs great for me and that’s why it still gets the good rating from me.

The app hasn’t worked in days now, probably close to a week!

I live near the Kansas/Missouri border so I play the lottery in both states. I’ve been favoring the Mo Lottery, so I only used their APP. I just downloaded the Kansas Lottery APP today - because we hadn’t checked our tickets in 3 months so I had a lot - and it’s so much easier to load my losing lottery tickets with this Kansas APP. No numbers to enter, just a very quick scan. I love this APP so much!!!

Can’t sign in, this can use ticket checker. I deleted the app months ago because of this. Got tickets the other day, downloaded app again and sign in page is still glitched. No seems to care to put effort into it.

Simply…I do not care for the updated/upgraded app. It is not easier to use.

Where did the ticket checker go? Please bring the ticket scanner back. It’s a pain in the #ss to enter all those numbers manually!!!!

Currently the application for apple is not working. It will not let me sign on in the app. The sign on button is just spinning, even when closed and re-opened.

This is so stupid I can’t just scan a ticket but have to create an account.
