Totally dissatisfied with this purchase from Kapiva charging 99 rs after giving discount of 99 rs like seriously what’s going on here worst purchase experience if you don’t want to give discount then just don’t give bt at the time of payment you charge 99 rs more that’s an unfair this to a customer

This is second review I am writing after 9 days, after first one kapiva people called me and told that return and refund will be initiated, still waiting…funny thing is that I have ordered and received product from there website…now they are saying my area pincode is not serviceable…Ridiculous management and there approach towards life threatening issue

Not able to sign up due to otp issues

Pathetic Customer Support service ..received a kind of rotten/damage product and it’s such a difficult task to just replace the same ..even after sending repeated email’s with attached product images ..no response from support team ..it’s almost a week now ..Not expected.. it’s such a shame team Kapiva..

I brought Ashwagandha gold tablets and shilajit gummy I eat twice both times I got very severe allergies I don’t know what is going on really bad experience. Please test properly before lunching and marketing it

I have had a bitter experience talking to your customer support waiting annoyingly for complete 32 minutes and still not contacting .What is the fun of having that kind of customer care where you get fed up waiting such a long time. It is absolutely disastrous. Do something to improve. Will somebody reply.

Please do not buy this Kapiva Dia Free Juice. In their doctor's consultation, they told me to use Kapiva Juice. Even then, after paying the money, it arrived in ten days. When I contacted Kapiva, they said it was a technical issue. Then I ordered it again for two months and it has not arrived in 16 days. There are no people who care about the fact that it will be ten days after the medicine runs out. The patient's sugar level increased due to not using the medicine. Do not trust such irresponsible people and ruin your health, friends.

Not sure about the products but the marketing seems to be on point.
