Videos cannot be rewound or fast forwarded. When rotating between horizontal and vertical viewing, the video cuts out Inconsistent navigation pathways

Probably the worst user experience app I have had. Unfortunately courses are priced at $1000+ and app keeps crashing, restarting, freezing. On typical study day I spend 1 hour trouble shooting and 1.5 hour studying — which is very unfortunate.

How hard is it to display a pdf of the book and contents? It’s 2024 nearly

App is very slow. It does not allow for downloading and offline listening as well. Please improve.

I have multiple courses that I am signed up for but only 1 shows up. I hope the app gets better. It’s a start at least

The app never loads. I sign in and get a black screen and nothing ever loads.

When I open the app, it only shows a black screen. If I uninstall and reinstall, it shows the log in page, but after logging in it goes to a black screen
