This app will help you learn Karate from a beginner to advanced level. The program will provide you with the foundations of karate techniques, and build you up so that you are able to master more advanced moves.
Each exercise can be modified for increased intensity to fit your goals. This program is perfect for you if you are trying to learn beginner or advanced Karate OR want to use Karate as a form of exercise.
Your Fitivity app now has multiple training programs in it related to Karate and self defense! Switch between programs that were designed specifically for you!
In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity COACHING! Coaching is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.
• Audio guidance from your personal digital trainer
• Customized workouts designed for you each week.
• For each workout you are provided with HD instructional videos to preview & learn training techniques.
• Stream workouts online or do workouts offline.
Subscription Details
For your convenience, subscription charges will be processed through your iTunes account, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience. You can manage your subscription at any time, giving you full control over your membership. Should you decide to cancel, simply do so at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid auto-renewal.

Misleading
In app purchases listed in App Store not available in app. Listed options would lead you to believe you can have all karate material for around £10 one off if you get katas and workouts.

Useful techniques and videos. I like that you can filter by category and equipment.

I don’t know who the coordinator is for this, butt the people they have doing instruction are just awful. Sloppy Kwon doists at best. I didn’t look at the other styles, just karate. I’m always looking for something new to improve my karate, but this is just plain awful. If they had Naka sensei from the JKA, Rafael Agayev, Hiroshima Allen, Alissa Au, John Fonseca or another legitimately good martial artist I could see paying for this. Don’t waste your money.

They might as well make it cost $70
I downloaded it, only to find that you have to pay a really pricey fee to learn. No thanks, I’d rather go to real lessons for a cheaper price.
Price
This app will cost you a lot. There isn’t even a way to see any content unless you either pay 10.00 per month or over 70.00 per year. I suppose you could get the free trial but for me at least it’s not free if I have to give them account info. Going to a dojo may cost you more but you will get far more out of it.

Ya no indication that you had to pay like $25 a month to go through an, Ok program. I mean it would be worth it if it let you video chat with a real trainer, but no such luck. <:(
