Karbon - Team Collaboration

I’ve been using Karbon since Feb 2023 and this app hasn’t had an update in a year and it shows. The app constantly loses connection to the google account it’s setup with and I constantly have to go through security and login just to check my work email, notification badges don’t update as you check email and often now I get blank screen with an attempt to do a refresh of info. I’ve unfortunately had to revert to using gmail or outlook with the glitchy app which is incredibly unfortunate. Please do an update sometime soon!

This app is now at the stage where working on my phone is almost as productive as laptop (which is a high bar). Nice feature which is inexplicably missing from most other mobile email clients is the properly formatted email signature from desktop being preserved when drafting email in the app.

Keeps telling me I need to log in and goes to a white screen

I don’t understand how I can continuously get notifications when I get emails, but when I click on the notification to view the email, it takes me to the login screen every single time! Even if I JUST logged in that day (didn’t close the app or anything). Why can’t it keep me logged in?! This is the most frustrating app. The login process isn’t easy either, it takes several steps to login. Also, the app acts like it was just downloaded each time you open it because it gives you tutorials. Do better, Karbon.

The web based Karbon is very detailed. The app is essentially just email. Waste of time to use the app.

The web based version is mostly great. The phone version is absolutely worthless and unusable. I would delete it if it weren’t a work requirement.

A lot of the cases I click on from the app just bring up a blank screen. I eventually have to force close the app. Happens especially in the Mentions drop down.

Clean, sleek, and easy to use.

Keeps me organized and give me visibility into what the team is working on and where things are up to. Work-life changing.
