Bug needs fixing
I've reported this many times but it appears that either they can't solve it or they don't care. Here are the details. 1) Turn the plug off with the phone 2) Later in the day open the App to turn the plug on but the App shows it's on already ! However if you wait 5 seconds it suddenly shows the plug is off. It's very confusing and worrying because the plug controls my garage door. Please fix it.

Used “Wemo” control for a few good years now. This is by far much better.
Goes wrong all the time
Have deleted now and removed bulb as have become fed up with it constantly logging me out or disconnecting and then not connecting, Will be using Hue as it never goes wrong.
Kasa smart sockets
We have three of these sockets and they are really useful to me as 2 are used with table lamps which are a pain to reach and the 3rd socket is used on the Christmas lights so that I’m not reaching around the tree. I also use them to switch on the lights just before getting home and when I am out by myself I flick a lamp on to warn my wife that I will soon be home. When we are away travelling my brother in law often house sits for us and I amuse myself by randomly playing with the lights!!
