been using this app since last November 2023 and was happy with it. But recently, since April, i cant reload the wallet. I applied 1 supplementary card for my daughter,as she is studying overseas and with the card i can send her some money to use n monitor her spending. Now i cant even top-up my wallet for her to use in the UK. Please help and update your app soon, as I need it urgently.

all of sudden, unable to use. saying account is suspended. without any email or prior notification.
