Good wallet but consider cold storage always

Used it to transfer Kaspa with a friend. The QR code and text functionality very smooth. Confirmed on the phone in real time an instantaneous transfer transpired. Security was reassuring but allowed for safe access to wallet.

Can’t really contact anybody when the wallet is malfunctioning and won’t let you see your balance. So if you have a lot of coins in the wallet, you’re screwed because nobody will help you. If I ever get my coins out of that Trash wallet, I will never use this wall ever again. I wish I could give it negative stars.

So the thing with Kaspa is when you send or receive Kaspa, your crypto address changes but it doesn’t get invalidated. It is still valid, as a new user, I had no clue about this. So please make it clear in the app

Certainly not new to crypto I’ve made hundreds of withdrawals and deposits in and out of exchanges hot and cold wallets of every kind never had a single issue until Kaspium Wallet put simply you never receive your deposit only thing I’m happy about is my policy of always sending small test deposit to any first time used addresses. This wallet app overall looks and feels very legit but my test deposit not showing up after 6 hours I’m starting to think I sent 200 KAS to some scammer

I don’t know how this is allowed in the App Store but the funds you transfer to this address isn’t to your wallet. You never receive the funds. The funds are going to scammers!!! How is this even allowed on here?!!??

needs kas to usd conversion or whatever currency is chosen

If there’s any issues. Use support email. There is no official support in Discord. Beware of scammers there giving you links to provide seed phrases pretending to be a Helpdesk. There is no Helpdesk on discord via email only.
