customer support is fast and fair
i wont go into details but i can tell you if you send a email to the support team they respond generally the same day i think it was like a few hours later tbh and they are pretty fair in disputes again hard to say wothout going in detail but they got my support

No clue what to think and it’s oddly set up. Hoping that it becomes understandable soon.
The app is garbage
I’ve been on it for like 3 weeks now have made matches with people but not a single response to from anyone on the app Like if you match with someone why would you not try to get to know them. app is a good idea but why have the app if your not down to talk after you match with a person plus I’m pretty sure 90% of the matches are fake profiles or bots or just people not on the app anymore
