Easy to use, I installed the app. and was making decals in less than five minutes.

It’s a brand new device and worked only two times nor I can’t connect to it so its a waste of money The app isn’t friendly and cannot connect to the blue tooth Horrible

The printer works but the app is terrible and not user friendly. I’m looking to print very simple labels and it’s impossible to change up text size, font etc… This should be straightforward and simple but it’s just frustrating.

I bought the E16 printer and it surprised me with its functionality. It was easy to pair, following the instructions. I even printed in Cyrillic. I wonder why other users have it such a low rating.

I also got the “printing terminated” error but realized I had to reinstall the tape that comes with it as stated in the directions. (Remove tape, pull through). Do the practice run by pressing the power button. And it’s fine. The issue for me is that I can’t get the cute fonts to work.

Was so excited for this to come in. App connected to Bluetooth but said printing terminated every single time I went to use it. Of course their support wasn’t online and it won’t be for up to 36 hours. Go with another brand!

Turn your phone or laptop and everything about your life over to the authors of this app if you want to use the wireless label maker. It is shelf art without the app, developed in China.

Just doesn’t work with iPhones! Bluetooth won’t connect.

Says Bluetooth can’t connect. Doesn’t work at all. :(

I got this as a Christmas present this year and it is amazing the app is great very easy to use and even has some premade templates for you to pick from the only annoyance I would have to say is the changing of the font is a little finicky it doesn’t always resize the rest of the label and so sometimes if you try to put a border around that after resizing the font the border might not resize with the font but other than that it is a great app and a great product
