TL;DR - Great concept, lovely team, easy to use app (+service, subsequently)
Sign up was easy, the concept it great. This service is overall better than each of their competitors that I’ve come across to date; friendlier, more approachable and, practically speaking, much more accessible. They’ve managed to fill the gap in a saturated market and do it so well. The app itself has no bugs (to my notice so far) despite being so new! You can tell that customer safety is their genuine focus. As a woman that regularly works late in central london their incentive scheme to keep driver’s available in all areas and keep them from cancelling on trips is their best unique feature. Honestly so happy to have come across you guys! Alex
