I am unable to use the app as when I put e mail and password it says not valid user

App has stopped working in ios. Developers plz fix the issue asap

Enabled imap on my email account multiple times. Followed instructions shared by support team but no luck. Whenever raising tickets and request for telephonic support only help document is shared.

Pathetic aap. After reinstalling this app it keeps on showing device limit exceeded. Unable to login

I think it’s not necessary to make an app for just log in into mail, they can use Otp and there’s options to available.

Pl provide an update to the app

Unable to Launch the gov mail through Kavach App. On pressing the launch email option, it shows ‘Security Parameters have been updated successfully’, after this there’s nothing happening. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Ever since govt has rolled out multi factor authentication this app has turned out to be worse of all kinds. Not able to sync the mail. On doing Imap it shows auth error. When tried loading on MAC it throws error like only supported on un modified version. Is it crazy??????? There is no utility of this app what so ever. Just an extra burden or means to create hassle for loging i to govt mails.

There are some issues with imap connectivity, even after opening kavach and using launch mail option. The problem may be - kavach app is not able to use location services of iphone and hence launch mail option (which uses location services) is not able connect imap with apple mail app. Please rectify at earliest. Thank you

It is highly irritating. It does not remember previously used location, Wi-Fi or network. Needs thorough overhaul. Highly unfriendly.
