OTP doesn’t work

Terrible service & dog shiet customer service

Nothing much to be said. Service is terrible and customer service is top notch terrible. Came with concerns and left with concerns unsolve.

SCAM

Omg this is a scam app. You can top up but can’t withdraw. The card can’t be used for payment. U can’t transfer out. Your money is stuck there. Even if you want to close the account u need fill up a form and they will take freaking 30days to transfer money back which they won’t! Don’t download this please.

Block my account for no reason and can’t withdraw my money back

Totally SCAM

Please do not download & register your ID on this e-wallet. This is totally scam. First, I have been waiting a looooooooooooooooong time for my transfer receive in this e-wallet, but it never been. It keeps showing RM0.00 on my available balance. But I can see my money on the current balance, but can’t even use it????? And now, after a few months. Suddenly my CARD GETTING LOCKED without any reasons, notifications, or emailed???? The only option I have is “report card & replace”. And one of the reasons to choose for replace is “FRAUD” ??? How come my card is getting involved with FRAUD things if I CANT EVEN USE IT AT THE FIRST PLACE???? This app is totally scam platform. Beware. Don’t make mistakes like all of us in this review section.

Cannot open it anymore after last updated.

App crashes

Version 3.2.0 crashes the app everytime i try to open it

Regarding the app

Every time you guys update the app something else goes wrong. Why can’t you just develop a proper app that work properly. Every time I suffer trying to use the app. Please check on how you can improve your application. Useless app is not even opening on my latest update. What have you done?

Poor upgrade

Upgrading takes a lot of times not to mention it got cancelled several times.Alot better if registered straight away with wallet upgraded

Poor experience

Not user friendly at all. Only can transfer RM1000 daily. The verification process to get the physical card is terrible. Camera is not good. Please fix and improve
