KAYAK: 航空券, ホテル, レンタカー

I’ve used the app for years and loved the statistics on my trips. But with the most recent update at the end if 2024, years and years of trip data are all gone now. So I’ve got no reason to use it anymore. Last time they did this, they brought them back, hopefully they listen to their users and understand how valuable that feature was.

Need more flight infomation, flight details are lacking

Too much tracking and increase the price while you search.

First off, great interface! The design is intuitive, and the filters help greatly narrowing down what I want. Unfortunately, I can’t rely on this app to know whether or not the vehicle availability is up-to-date. I thought I booked a vehicle only to receive a call refuting this fact. Even with a nice app interface and intuitive design, I can’t deny that this app doesn’t yet fulfill its purpose for me. Depending on whether or not the vehicle availability is updated to Kayak, this might not even be in their control. In the end, for me, the result is the same, unfortunately.

App should use the same feature as the website where it allows you to select outbound/inbound flight from the roundtrip list. Instead of having them paired together. I may like the outbound flight time but not necessarily like the return flight time.

Tried 4 times to book a round trip flight and failed every time. Booked directly with the airline for the sane price.

First time using the app and I gotta say, it’s easy to make mistakes. International car rentals require a little more thought. Also confused as to why book with Kayak if alternate app is the same but Kayak is missing the perk of adding needed extras like auto insurance. Totally confusing.

Everyone please stop using kayak as it shares all info with Indian scammers and they call you to ask for more money and pretending these tickets being sold out. Stay away. Luckily I have placed ticket using American Express they couldn’t do anything. Stay away from kayak

Love this new algorithm that tracks how many countries, how much time in the air, how many airports etc. Keep up the expansion. I've been one of your longest fans!
