NPR for the Monterey Bay Area
This is our go to station for local news and events. It’s great to have the Rick Steve’s Travel Show on each week as well as other NPR programming. Always my favorite to listen to on the weekends.

KAZU Public Radio App:
The KAZU Public Radio App allows you to listen to KAZU, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule all at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for programs, bookmark a program for later, and wake up to KAZU with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!
• Listen to live streams from KAZU even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing – no clicks to start listening.
• Integrated program schedules for the KAZU stream!
• One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another stream with a single click.
• Listen to KAZU in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails!
On Demand
• Access KAZU programs easily and quickly.
• DVR-like controls. Pause, rewind and fast forward your program with ease.
• When listening to programs, individual segments (when available) are listed so you can review and choose one or listen to the entire program.
• Easy to access past programs.
• The KAZU Public Radio App displays the web page associated with the program or program segment you are listening to On Demand so you can explore for more information.

Love the Classical, would like less BBC
I am an insomniac and listen to the radio all night. Too much BBC! Do reruns of other shows or broadcast podcasts. What happened to NPROne?
KAZU app works
Are use this app almost daily. I was going to make any, it would be don’t change a thing! If you add any future but it in your face as smoothly as it operates now.
Ver 4.5.20 does not work
Latest version presents a blank screen when opened on the latest iOS. No option but to close it. Rebooting does not solve problem.
Helps me stay in touch with my local community and the rest of the world no matter where I am
I love this app from my local community radio station. I use it all day, consistently, wherever I am to make sure I’m getting the information I want
