Bank is freezing accounts with no valid reason and with no proper explanation and informing the customers. Can’t trust this bank anymore.

We cannot trust their banking application and banking system any more.

It has problem for ios 12 users, To login it shown that we need to update to lastest version.

This bank app is arguably the worst in Myanmar, constantly irritating users with useless notifications. It demonstrates a blatant disregard for user experience. Users are unable to disable most notifications except for those related to mobile wallet transactions. Furthermore, accounts I never subscribed to are automatically followed, resulting in an incessant barrage of unwanted notifications. This app consistently disregards user rights and preferences.
