It was my first time ever trying a meal plan and I heard such wonderful things about Kcal! My entire experience was so easy and the meals were delicious. They were filling and super healthy, exactly what I needed for my weight loss and detox journey. My manager (from Kcal) Saad was also so helpful and supportive, he always checked up on me incase I needed anything.

Amazing app. And excellent food, you don’t need to worry preparing healthy meals, everything in one bag. Highly recommended especially if you are particular with the food you eat.
