KDK Ceiling Fan

Terrible experience trying to get it to work. Screen shows app connects to the fan however I am not able to register the product to add to a group. Making the app virtually useless in controlling the fan. KDK/Panasonic needs to improve.

It deserves ZERO star! The app is unstable and frequently requires credentials to login. The programmer got the UI wrong.

Keeps randomly logging me out whenever i wish to adjust the fan or even turn on the light

We need interventions to HomeKit, Google etc. app itself is not smart at all…

Having a difficult time trying to connect the fan to app! Works on my husband’s phone but not mine. Also cannot be connected to google home. Argh. Don’t buy this fan!

Was this app developed in 2013? Bought the fan for the aesthetics and love the idea of a Wifi-connected device, but this app is not intuitive at all to set up, logs me out randomly and goes on/offline randomly. Even my digital door lock was easier to set up. It works properly about 70-80% of the time for me, which isn’t acceptable in this day and age for an app! Why can’t it work on an existing system instead of this lousy app?

Normally don't write reviews, but this app is really substandard. 1. Cannot log in simultaneously to multiple devi ces. 2. Fans are shared devices. Why is there no sharing out the devices with family/co-workers? 3. Super complicated process to connect to the app. 4. App GUI is non-intuitive and confusing. 5. Why not just integrate into an existing IOT app like Tuya? Why reinvent the wheel?

Developers should be ashamed of this app. The management that approved this should be fired. Clunkiest app.
