The worst delivery app and the worst customer service I ordered and received missing items , I opened a ticket they rejected it then they told me you didn't opened a ticket

I asked for a meal which cost 70 SAR, and i chooses not spicy meal and wrote in the comments that i dont want it to be spicy and they mentioned clearly that if the restaurant didn’t follow the comments u get a refund, i got a spicy meal which I couldnt eat and they rejected the refund
