Been using Kelvin for 8 years but in the last 2 months Iv called 4 taxis and non have arrived, they then deliberately ignore your number when you call back, so many better services out there not don’t waste your time

Sat around for 15 minutes waiting for a taxi, but none actually ended up being sent out. This was in the middle of the afternoon as well, it’s not as if it was crazy early in the morning where there’s no drivers. Absolute joke of a company.

The app is great for those who don’t like speaking on the phone or are say deaf and can’t speak to an operator. Cars always arrive promptly and are pleasant to be in, if it is busy and they don’t have cars outside of ek they will phone to say so, so you can make alternative arrangements

Waited 45 mins for a taxi, got notification driver had accepted, immediately got notification driver had arrived, left and saw the taxi drive by…

I provide my phone number in the app and after I do not get any sms to continue. In 2021 it is unacceptable.

Kelvin used to be brilliant... now it’s just full of cheeky operators with zero communication skills, don’t try pay with card if not booked with the app as the drivers will swear and shout at you. List of faults with this “company” goes on. Also make sure you stand at your window as soon as you book as they don’t notify when the car arrives. They will then blame you for not getting a notification.

I have used kelvin for 25 years I wouldn’t dream of using another company I know a lot of the drivers now they’re simply brilliant keep up the fantastic work

This App used to be better. I’ve used it twice in the last week. 1st time it said my car had been cancelled, when I went back to check the status. It did not pop up or msg me a warning though. Both times it failed to confirm the booking, tell me when a car was on its way etc. Also, if you are getting off a train & want a taxi there, note that they won’t even try to allocate a car til the time you say the train is due. Not great if you are, perhaps, a loan female wanting to avoid hanging around an unmanned station late at night.

Ok can be a bit changeable on despatch times at busy periods but still a great app. So quick and easy to book a taxi and they have turned up every time.
