Poor mobile deposit
This new version app doesn’t work with mobile deposit. After following the steps and taking the appropriate front and back check pictures, it displays an error message, “something went wrong”. With the previous version I always did mobile deposits with no issues. I have never gotten this version to work. It would also be nice to know if it listed what went wrong g so I can make corrections and try again. Very, very frustrating! I’ll be making another trip to the bank.
