I’ve used it for years and used to love it but it’s just too glitchy all the time now
A chaque ouverture de l’application ça me dit “il me semble que vous n’avez pas terminé votre planification….” Euh si j’ai recommencer 5x et toujours là même chose. Je suis vraiment soûlé car l’application avait l’air vraiment pas mal …. Bref soûlant Revoyez votre application avec des mise à jour svp parce que c’est dommage
The app is generally good but it constantly freezes. I have ultra speed internet yet it freezes
Too many bugs. Today, if you create a recipe it will calculate correctly if you change the measurement from say, g to tbsp. Go back to it tomorrow and it won’t show the same. Went to our keto recipe for carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Butter was back to cups instead of grams. A 1/2 cup of Swerve granular, which should be no carbs, calculated with 96 carbs. Really? I’m paying for this. Also so much info disappears. Put in our cream cheese icing a few weeks ago. Gone! Have to redo it. Need to find an alternative.
Recommended this app to friends and folks I know who were giving keto a try. I dialled in my keto for a while and didn’t use the app. Came back, paid a year, only to discover the app is functionally just garbage now. Too bad. All it does is crash after being open for 30 seconds or so. Got a refund, if you paid for it I’d advise you do too.
TL;DR Misinformation in the app about specific foods pushed a newbie to eat WAY too much fat and calories and get physically sick. “Support” seems to be auto-response, or just dont care about users once money is in their pockets. I bought this app my second day of Keto, because i knew nothing about it, and wanted an app to do some of the thinking for me. I could not believe how much fat I had to eat! Well… that was only because….. This app gives VERY wrong info on macros in specific foods, so I actually got sick by following the “goals” from the app and eating too much fat and calories. They measure millilitres as having the same macros that HALF a millilitre would have, for some random foods (who likes easter egg hunts?) Tech support’s response was to demand photo proof—as if this was unthinkable— through their app chat that doesnt seem to be able to send photos well or consistently. Finally, I got an email address, sent the pictures— the proof that misinformation from their app had made someone throw up their dinner macros— and the response was. “Hello, it is an error in the food database, please press edit button if you see error in the app. Sorry for your inconvenience.” Losing sleep to throw up in a toilet bowl is not an ‘inconvenience’, and I’m not paying for a beta test. YOU fix the app because I’m paying for a working app, duh. Not to mention creating a food database for a macro-tracking app that assigns different volume to ml depending on the food Yes—literally the worst ‘support’ I’ve come across in an app. This is not head and shoulders above the competition. AVOID!
The App has a glitch with its syncing function which randomly deletes all your data intermittently. Tech support’s response is: “switch off sync feature in the data management to prevent this situation in the future. Sorry for your inconvenience” This means your data is not backed up or available on other devices
Who ever made the decision to change the app in the latest update obviously doesn’t use the app on their phone. Now when you select a food a banner pops up completely covering your macro bubbles at the top of the screen. So when you get to the last meal of the day trying to squeeze as much food in as you can, you have to flip in and out of the food item to see if your over your allowed macros where as before you could just change the number till the bubble filled up and go make your serving. Also how long are you expecting us busy people using your app to wait while you download all our sensitive data? Browsing history?!? Why does a diet app need to see that?
Stuck on the first page where you have to input your information even after restarting. Terrible considering it was a paid subscription
