Super helpful for logging and tracking what you eat

I’ve really enjoyed the app. However today my app dropped my premium subscription and now I don’t have all the options.

Tried multiple apps but only this one does the actual work.

Love the way you can talk to put your food in. And it gives you all your amounts. Also the water and it connects to my Fitbit !!!

In my experience on my keto journey I have found this app to be the easiest for me to use. It has most of the brands and foods I use already logged in the data base. This helps make the daunting task of logging your foods a lot easier. I also enjoy that my health app through my iPhone syncs to it so it adjusts my calories and logs my steps accordingly. There are bugs/glitches here and there but I will stick with this one for now.

This is one of the best apps that I’ve ever used for tracking food and meals. I haven’t quite got into all of the keto aspects of it or the recipes or anything like that, but I really like the ease of use when I’m putting in the food. It has a way to search for everything. It has a barcode scanner and it seems like it’s completely full of a lot of the useful ingredients and foods that I would use in my kitchen when I’m preparing my meals. I am excited to use this app for a long time and it’s the free version works just fine but I’m thinking I’m gonna upgrade to the paid version pretty soon because it really is one of the best apps that I’ve ever usedup to this point. I have been on keto for a few weeks now and this makes it super easy to track all of my meals and my foods and my snacks and my dinners and everything that I’m going to need to make myself successful in this journey.
