Giving them my number and using this app is one of the worst decisions i have made, i receive like 5 or more calls every week asking for donations, they call you during working hours and free hours and disturb you constantly, they spam messages to your whatsapp. They sell your data to various organisations. I can’t even recognise if the call coming to my phone is genuine or not. Do not fall for this ****.

App does not supported to iphone 11.

Used Ketto many times with no issues. Tried to use today for a small help - 1000 Rs. for one stranger and it said transaction failed. 5 min later HDFC calls to say they unsuccessfully tried charging 23000. So had my card blocked. Huge inconvenience due to this fraudulent charge and undermines whatever image I had of them I hope they look into this and clarify their stand

App is good but not working properly.

Oh my god dis is such a horrible platform for donating money i donated some amount & dey started calling me around 20-25 calls i got for donating more money i regret donating from ketto i deleted d app now. Donation is a donation u don’t have to ask & irritate people.

It has got a bug On clicking few of the elements of the app it takes you to some random Youtube video (same video) looks like a a developer has put his video link.

A complete fraud app….. They bring such emergency cases to collect money having zero emotions to the patients and their medical situations. Such platforms can only be operated in country like INDIA. Shame !

I am writing this review to specifically call out the harassment that I am subjected to after using Ketto a couple of times. More than a year ago, I had used Ketto to make donations a few times and have never used again. But still I keep seeing Ketto ads everywhere during my browsing in Chrome and Google News. Ketto’s ads are disgusting - DISFIGURED BABIES, that’s what they show on their ads. One worse than another. I just couldn’t take it anymore. I tried clearing my browsing data many times but that doesn’t help. I don’t know what to do. I wish I never used this service in first place. I am aware of the help such services do. But why subject your users to nightmarish experiences, showing the absolute horror and agony in the form of your ads (just for using your service once)? Your ads must be welcoming. Please work on it.

KETTO app is not opening from last 4 month

This is one of the fraudulent organisation I have come along for making donations. I have made several donations on their website but recently when I asked for 80G certificate they denied that saying you have not shared those details with us. All other donation platforms simply provide you the details over donation receipt required for ITR but this organisation will not share that. When you call their customer care they will speak rudely and say nothing can be done. I would suggest donating on other platforms than these frauds.
