You can search for a tracking number but you can’t add them to the “my shipment” list. Sometimes they appear sometimes they don’t. The is an input field on “my shipment” but it also does nothing. The app needs some UI work to make it user friendly otherwise pretty useless.

Poor app. In the description there are as well Thai as English named. Even the advertisement pics are in English. But when you open the app - surprise, surprise - there is only Thai and no way for changing the language. For a logistic company a very poor art of the state.

แอพกากมาก ช่วยปรับปรุงระบบหน่อยค่ะ เลขขนส่งไม่ขึ้นเลย ไม่อัพเดต บางครั้งของมาส่งก่อน เลขถึงขึ้นในระบบ แอพของเจ้าคู่แข่งสีเหลืองสีแดงดีกว่าเยอะค่ะ
