I actually liked this company. But they just turned bad. Delivery is again 3 days late. We are a business so that’s bad. They promise fast service, I would not count on it. No one calls, no notification, no updates. App says out for delivery since days. When I called to ask for updates the lady just told me she does not speak English - in good English - and hung up. Second time she just hung up again. Good luck doing business like that. No effort here. Do not recommend!!!

You can search for a tracking number but you can’t add them to the “my shipment” list. Sometimes they appear sometimes they don’t. The is an input field on “my shipment” but it also does nothing. The app needs some UI work to make it user friendly otherwise pretty useless.

Poor app. In the description there are as well Thai as English named. Even the advertisement pics are in English. But when you open the app - surprise, surprise - there is only Thai and no way for changing the language. For a logistic company a very poor art of the state.

ช้ามากช้าสุดๆส่งแค่ในจังหวัดก้นาน3-4วัน ไม่คิดว่าคนคอจะรอบ้างหรือคะ ขอให้เจ๊งไวๆนะคะ

หวยแตกบริการแย่ ทั้งคนเอาของมาส่ง ทั้งศูนย์ช่วยเหลือลูกค้า พูดจาแย่มาก ปัดความรับผิดชอบ ทั้งที่คนส่งของแจ้งเองว่าได้โยนสินค้าของลูกค้าแตก แต่ทางศูนย์ไม่รับเคลมอ้างว่าเพราะลูกค้าใส่ของมาหลายอย่างเกินไปเลยทำให้ของเสียหายเอง เราก็แจ้งว่าทางคนส่งของโทรมาแจ้งเองว่าทำของเราเสียหาย ทางศูนย์บอกงั้นขอหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อของ เราบอกเราซื้อจากชาวบ้านซื้อมาใส่กล่องส่งเองไม่มีหลักฐานใบเสร็จ ทางศูนย์แจ้งว่างั้นก็เคลมไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีหลักฐาน มันควรแสดงความรับผิดชอบกว่านี้มั้ย ไม่ติดว่าเป็นบริการที่ใกล้บ้านสุดนะ จะส่งเจ้าอื่น บริการหวยแตกสุดๆ แย่มากๆ ไม่เคยเจอขนส่งไหนบริการหวยแตกขนาดนี้

ให้เลขพัสดุ กับ Qr code ทางlinkมา เอาเลขมาตนวจสอบ ทั้งเลขทั้งlinkไม่ขึ้นเลย ไปตรวจสอบระบบกันใหม่ดีๆหน่อยนะคะ ส่งของไปสองวันละเช็คเลขไม่ขึ้น เอาqr code มาสแกนก็ไม่ขึ้น แต่ขึ้นในแอป สรุปเลขเดียวกันมั้ย งง ปรับปรุงด่วน

ส่งของตั้งแต่6ธค วันนี้ 20ธค ของยังไม่ถึงลูกค้า ติดต่อขนส่งไม่ได้ ห่วยจัด ใครจะใช้เปลี่ยนแอพเถอะ

แอปใช้ไม่ได้ครับ เชื่อมกับเครื่องพิมพ์ไม่ได้
