I just pick up the wings order from your Johar town branch which are not properly cooked and have ugly smell

Please fix the app there are so many bugs and issues with it

They are literally stealing money from you, the first time it happened i thought it was a glitch, i had to reorder and THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. Please don't use your card info here. Next time i chose the option to bring the card machine, and when i punched in the card, there was no receipt, he asked me to punch again, my amount got deducted twice and the rider told me it will be refunded. Horrible Experience. NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Their customer support does not reply you, so they exactly know what they are doing. THIEVES.

Everytime I tried to order via app, it says: STORE IS CLOSED NOW! Then I have to order via KFC Pakistan website. Kindly resolve this issue.

I don’t know who told kfc management to change the app design which has lead to an app full of bugs. It takes forever to load and you cannot choose payment options. It only allows payment by cash on delivery (even if you choose by card).
