Kia Owner's Manual (Official)

I downloaded this app when I first got my Kia Sportage in July 2022, there was no option to select Sportage when filling out the information in the very beginning. Saw that someone complained about this on October 9 and they were told by developers that there would be an update soon and to please be patient. I just redownloaded the app to see if it’s been updated with the Kia Sportage and still NOTHING. That’s really sad since so many people have this vehicle and would benefit from something like this, if it actually worked. I’ll be deleting it yet again. So sad….

There is no info at all for my Kia Stinger. It just shows a Kia Stinger on the home page with nothing else at all?

I just bought a new Kia Sportage and the first thing I did was download this app. I thought it would be super helpful, but the Sportage isn’t selectable as one of the available cars? How do you NOT have one of your best selling models available in the app? I don’t understand. :(

How to videos won’t open

Don't work, doesn't show any manual basically nothing I don't know if that's a bug but after I select the car and wait for everything to download nothing is showing. Had to uninstall.

Please provide manual for Kia Sonet 2023 BS IV Phase 2 model.

Kia Sonet 2020 model still not available for ownership manual. Someone had raised this issue 2 yrs back, then developer responded with ‘problem solved’, but actually problem still not solved.

The application is not comprehensive. So many items are missing. Just for example, there’s no mention of the perfume diffuser in Sonet Gtx Diesel variant. The full settings manual for the infotainment system is not seen anywhere. Why are you dispensing your half baked items on the appstore I would never know.

Selected Kia Carens and waited for almost 15-20 min to load its data and then I got nothing. Even homes screen is empty, I have no idea what this application it made for. Hope you will improve next version
