There are two options to opt-in to alcohol or tobacco offers in the app. If you click either and then click update it won’t stay. But you of course make sure the marketing ones work though…

Not worth the time or money app is useless. Can’t even contact support it does not work. Going to stop shopping at any store associated with this app.

Why

Just like every punchcard, I do not recommend but they are fun The app is good, everything works inside the app. My only issue is I lost my card and it is extremely tough to get a new physical card because you have to call a number you cannot go through the app.. However, upon ringing out, you can go into alternative ID and punch in your phone number to get the reward points if you don’t have a physical card or if your card is not in your phone wallet Follow up-I’m deleting the app and I’m done trying to get a new card

For over a year now, I haven’t received ANY POINTS no matter how often I use my kickback. Waste of time.

after opening, the app just shows the kickback logo and doesn’t open. Sometimes after the second try it works. But usually I have to reinstall the app.

All the offers are for people who use tobacco products it’s a shame and not worth it. Makes me even not want to work for a company that promotes tobacco use based on rewards programs.

I have to delete my app, then put it back in. The screen continues to stay black. I guess I will just use the card

App doesn’t work, can’t log in or even use the forgot pin option, is this app abandoned? Can’t believe an app like this is on the App Store.

Can’t reset pin even on the site once it’s loaded or forgotten. App says bad pin and has a forgotten pin button but you can’t use it. I deleted app
