I ordered a sneaker, for Christmas. The order has been placed and confirmed for 10+ days. Requested a cancellation and they stated a 25% cancellation fee or a full refund with in-club credit. These seems very predatory. If you can’t provide a service your claiming to provide, why would I want to continue to support your business with my business.

Everything perfect and original within the deadline! I will buy again and I am already recommending it to my friends!

I put a star and that’s because I can’t put less on it. I bought some shoes and they were tight; I contacted Kicks Crew to change the shoes to a larger size. I received an answer but it doesn’t seem fair to me that they have a return policy where the customer must take care of the label and apart another fee for the resend. This is my first purchase and the last. If you have the opportunity to buy in another store, do it and don’t buy at Kicks Crew.

This company is very unprofessional. I ordered a specific type of soccer jersey that was listed as “vapor match” jersey, meaning that it is the material that players wear on the field. Instead I received a Regular replica version/ Dri-Fit version that is not the same one listed in the description. I contacted customer support and that concluded there was no defect…I never stated the item was fake, it’s the wrong version. They won’t let me return the item and spent $150 for nothing. Awful customer service and has many bad reviews from customers accusing of fraud which it basically is. I will report this app on the App Store and social media platforms. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered some special shoes. They said it would take them 10 business days to “prepare” that is almost 3 weeks of your time. If they don't make any progress on your order and you get tired of waiting you could cancel like I did and they will only refund you 70% of your money. The order was not shipped. Keep it in mind. This is probably how they do business. Keeping money captive for days, not sending you anything and if you get tired still they can win 30%. This business should be illegal. Very disappointed.

I bought a pair of jordans from kicks crew. When I have received my order the box was banged up as they used upc stickers to cover the holes, opened up the box the paper was mangled up, and I had a stain on my shoe. All I wanted was a replacement and the only response I got “we can offer you a $10.00 credit” . Mfkah what !? That was a slap in the face after spending money on some pricey kicks. Wack !

Becareful for random customs bills!! They dont even tell you

Sold me a pair of shoes missing a key competent. Box cam destroyed and mangled. Offered me $17 to make it right. I paid close to $170. Shoe size was tight like other reviews have said. I’d give it 0 starts if i could. Avoid this “company” at all cost!

I was looking in this app for some shoes I could wear in the winter and they wouldn’t get ruined. The only thing that got ruined that day was my mood, why is it that a 10 is $88 and for an 11 (my size) it’s $138? It doesn’t make sense to me at all, I figured maybe it was just the one pair but nope I looked at some basketball shoes for lifting and there was a pair of lebrons for $75 in a 10.5 and $168 in a size 11 (again my size). I think that the big foot community needs some love and this app genuinely doesn’t have that love. I just don’t think it’s fair either.

I ordered some shoes and they never came in I tried to track them and I couldn’t it’s like I gave them free money and can’t get my money back because when you can’t act them they don’t respond I don’t recommend this app it is a wast of hard earned money and time
