I would never use this services again. Poor customer service. You can get better reward for the money you spend here with another provider.

I am hoping to see same functionality as using web or more. Right now it's hard to work with this app.

It takes forever to upload pictures. It kicks me off and clock is no longer working. If you don’t have great signal it doesn’t work. And I could go on

I’m getting to the point of finding a new program and leaving Kickserv.

This app is very user friendly and it really pains me to see these negative reviews, especially since none of them can be found as users. The app is permission based, so unfortunately, techs think they can’t do something, when actually, the account owner has given their users limited visibility. There have been many updates lately, and I highly recommend reaching out to the super responsive sales and support teams with any questions or concerns. The company provides chat support straight through the mobile app now, as well as live on the phone.

The only thing I would ask for is DARK MODE please. 😁

What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t work? Just about all the staff have to try and use it in a browser in the field. The app is garbage don’t waste your time.

Great concept, lots of bugs. Most annoying current one is when using the app it constantly logs me out even in the middle of a long winded estimate at which point you loose the entire thing. Logging in 10 times a day gets very annoying and time consuming.

We have been a customer for a while now, it is has come a long way. Keep up the great work!

I have been a loyal user for over 3 years and while the desktop version is okay I’d say 3 stars the app is at most 1 star. The app works for us about 30% of the time. It’s glitch city every time you want to use it. Stuff won’t load or it just won’t load right or sometimes like right now I can’t even access the app altogether. And for the record I have the latest iPhone with up to date software and the app is up to date as well- it just literally doesn’t work half the time. I really don’t know how the people at Kickserv don’t realize how glitchy their app is.
