I was charge 3,190 ph peso by just using this app OMG!

I was also accidentally charge 3,190 on my gcash account after passing the 7day trial but actually the 7*24hrs had not yet expired when i was charge so i am very very upset, icontacted them thru watsapp they reply tho but i am not that stisfied because at first i want to maximixe the usage of the app since i paid for the WHOLE YEAR of 2024 to 2025, maybe after a month ill ask for a refund because i know that even if i cancel it now i will be charge the whole month so it will still be pro rated, i think i still have the right to ask for a refund of the 11 months remaining right? The developer is replyn tho even late at night here in the PH.

Ice cream truck game error

I’d love to rate this a 5 star because my daughter love the games and activities offered by the app but after she played the game ice cream truck in the chomping monsters, she got really frustrated because of some bug. This bug won’t let her see the whole option/selection to create the ordered ice cream. Please, get this fixed. We use an ipad pro.

Subscription

Why do we need to subscribe yearly since we pay a lot to access it? I think it’s too much to pay for the subscription? Why not only one time payment? Why it has to be yearly? So sad about.

Showed refunded but not received

My child accidentally clicked the agreed button and was charge for 3,000 pesos already dile a claim and waited for 48hrs. Upon checking I saw that it is already shows refunded but when i open my bank account I didn’t saw any refund it was so frustrating.
