I purchased the package of $48 and downloaded the application on both of my mobile phones (iPhone 8 and Galaxy Note 9) but the application is not working. The screen is jammed on "We are updating the learning plan for you" screen.

Its very unfortunate that this app is coming without any sounds. It seems wonderful app for kids but without sound it’s useless.

No sound and app shuts down

On my iPad the sound works but when I go to the numbers lessons, the app completely shuts down. On my daughter’s iPad there is no sound but the numbers lesson does work. I’ve updated both iPads and nothing helped.

Why do have to pay for learning, instead of this get Vinny educational media or khan academy or classdojo or ABCya! or anything else that’s fun AND free.

I just downloaded this for my daughter and signed up for the free trial but there’s NO SOUND on anything??? I’ve looked in the app settings and it shows the sound is on but we hear absolutely nothing. I want to like this app but it has to have sound.

It’s a really great and fun learning game for the kids to learn tons but it keeps freezing and kicking us out if they could fix this for me I would give it 5 stars it’s perfect other than that

Im using the trial and there is no sound in my iPad. Also I restarted it as a test. Any other apps are working without any issues.
