The app takes forever to scan/bind a device for the first time (~4hours), then each time the scanning for updating Data takes one hour as well.. It's not practical. On iOS systems, the keylogger function is not available. I already asked for a refund, which was so far denied...
Save your money and don’t buy anything from these scammers
When you in the demo mode, there are many functions and it looks great! However, when you paid $139.99, about 70% of those functions are NOT WORKING!!! It’s crazy!!! And not worth the money that you pay for it! Please don’t buy this app!
Been trying to install for over two months 2 1/2 months and have not been able to use the software at all. All it keeps letting me do is download the android version have iPhone. and emailed them they have no customer service line and have not been able to use it and wasted three months of service due to this. They don’t email you back. They don’t communicate with you terrible.
Their website directly advertises a 7 day free trial. They immediately bill you $35 as soon as you download it - then they refuse to give you a refund. I even contacted customer service and they refused to give me a refund. It’s a scam. It’s so unfair.
Features like the messaging and emails do not load well if at all. Also, I have to keep reinstalling the app to get it to upload the data.
I’ve been using this app for about a month. Less than impressed. - Record Surround almost never works - Social media monitoring doesn’t help much - Many apps aren’t showing up when used - call logs & recordings don’t show up some days - Keylogger won’t log anything for days on end There’s much more but I’d give it a 2 out of 5. Not worth the money I paid
It does not work as stated and you won’t get refunded. They don’t have live help at all ever except via email which is probably AI anyway so don’t waste time or money like I did. Save yourself the headache and skip over this app
This app doesn’t work on my iPhone. I reached out seeking help or refund and no response.
