Kik it function went missing after update. 1 star remains until fixed

Not working on iphone X

When I register or sign in in the window where it ask to turn on notifications does not allow to push buttons. To turn of or on notifications. When i close open the app blank screen. Kik support does not load and does not work.

a problem

my kik is having tech issues, It closes itself, instead of having the normal read receipts, it shows that the message hasnt been sent or is pending, even though the person has seen it and it won't connect either, my internet connection is fine, but the messages won't load, there is not lagging, but my messages just won't load. Please fix this issue.
