This app is good for a quick and effective workout. However, if you are looking for workouts specific to the specific type of equipment, it isn’t much help. There are only a small list of items you can select as your equipment. For instance you may have a barbell but hardly any weight to go with it but if you select barbell the app assumes you have weights. I would suggest adding items such as Squat rack Leg press Let extension Curl bar Cable machine Kettlebell
