Games doesn’t open…keeps crashing

Please fix this you all developers because every time I try to link my account it says this. Error please check your internet connection and it’s not that because I have perfect internet connection! So please fix this ASAP!

I love this game because

I love how you have skins, hats, weapons, and more. This game is amazing to play with friends. They also just added drones.

I hope one of the developers see this and can fix it for me because I would love to play it and I have many times but I want to get back in to it and I can’t because it keeps kicking me out and I want to say please fix it so I can play

Everytime I try and open the game i get a grey screen and then it closes out.

So when I got the blue crab my game started to lag I had full internet but it wasn’t working so I just had deleted it and tried to download it again but my game was still lagging and the loading process was slow please fix this development team.

El juego está bien pero el problema es que suene sacarme del juego de la nada no recolecta los puntos que haya hecho o sea es decir es una pérdida de tiempo en estar jugando y que te saque del juego y que no recoja los puntos que hiciste durante la partida deberían mejorar ese problema

I’ve only just became a crab lord and using the elbow crab but I LOVE this game. Its really fun, but I always ask myself why do did they put mega rare crabs in the shop? Because that spoils the fun of the game anyway, you creators make really good video games good job 🦀👍🏻

I loved this game, I truly did, I just remembered it when my friends and I were crab hunting. I then quickly went home to try download the game and play this. It finished but, my screen was just grey, after like a half a minute it’d kick me out the app. This made me feel sad, I really wanted to play the game, but it wouldn’t let me. I try again, again, and again, still nothing. I refreshed my apps, deleted the app and reinstalled it, I even shut down my device and turned it back on. Hopefully the developers see this and fix this problem, unless its about my device.
