Cool but a major issue

Every time an add pops up and I close it the game is unresponsive and I have to restart it

Сколько багов, не доработок наитупейших механик что могу поистине называть это худшей игрой из которых я играл. А играл я в очень много игр.

Story is amazing, graphics are colorful. In past, we were King of Thieves, put we have been caught, and put in jail. Mysterious guy help us escape. We build our own dungeons. We beat other players dungeons. We can join a guild, and play with our friends. Sadly, the game is a little bit pay to win. There is and option to play without buying anything, but sometimes its frustrating when we meet a „Pro” that buys everything. In my opinion you should play this game!

cool game

i’ve played it a while back but it became so boring around level 40 ( i played it in like 2017) that i had to start all over again. still brings back some cool memories but i hope you fixed how boring it becomes by now

Support doesn’t care.

So I had my cloud save. Which is become ‘corrupted’ after 3-4 years of game updates (I haven't played a game like 4-5 years), and support told me to remove my cloud connection (read remove my cloud save) so they will manually transfer it to a new account. And then (after I already removed my save with 68lvl and ~150€ donations) they start asking me to find a nickname of old account, receipts from apple store, etc. and well it was 5-7 years ago. And now they will not restore account because I cant find receipts from 5-7 years ago. Well, guess I will not play the game, very much thanks to support, nostalgia will not be fulfilled. And yeah i had connected apple cloud AND facebook to a game. And I still have access to both apple and fb account. But its not enough. Now they expect me to contact apple support to find my receipts from ~2014-2016. All I wanted is to jump with my cool white thief throw some dungeons on weekends, not this saga of support tickets.

Bug

I watched ad to get 20 bombs instead of daily 10 and i got NONE of them. I literally got 0 bombs instead of 10 for watching an advertisement.

Best game I’ve played.

That’s best game ever to “ IOS “. 5 of 5 star, this game makes me happy. That’s my first game to telephone, with one I spend much time in game. But I have one problem with “ 3 hour blockade “. When I’m bored in house / work i playing this game really much time. Sometimes I spend 4/6hours and then I’m getting those blockades. I have to ask you guys if can you change those option, or maybe can I do it to my self? Thank You guys
