No support at all
I tried to get in touch with the support as my game stopped working (I have spent money on the game also) Firstly, it’s a bot chatting with you and even when I filled form for support I did not get a reply for 3 days. When I eventually did get a reply they told me to “follow the prompt” which leads to nowhere. Now do I have to wait another 3 days to get another reply?!
