it’s only to register for visits appointments and most of the time not even working. The below options/requirements are not available in the application: 1- Medical file history 2- Approvals 3- Medication prescriptions 4- results of radiology. 5- Hospital contact details 6- feedbacks and complaints. 7- Visits feedbacks 8- Discharge reports 9- Sick leaves And whenever you ask for a feedback from the developer, they reply you must go to the hospital (old Era)

I can’t download pregnant uterus in radiology results It took too long time and nothing happened after that

I cant even see the results! What is the use of the app if i cant see anything?

سخيف جداً كل مابدك تفتح التطبيق بدك تحط رقم الملف وتنتظر رمز يجي للجوال وتكتبه يعني مافي ضرورة كل هاااااد .. و الموعد بيلتغى لحاله بدون ما يجيك لا إشعار و لا مسج

للاسف التطبيق مرة سيء ويحتاج تعديلات كثير

التطبيق بطيء جدًا وفيه تعليق مبالغ فيه من صفحة تسجيل الدخول وتحميل التقارير ونتائج المختبر أسوأ تجربة للمستخدم لمستشفى بهالمستوى

The App not working after update, and not user friendly at all 👎🏻

التطبيق الجديد كل شوية يعطل و بطي جدا ، سي جدا جدا القديم كان احسن مليون مرة

Tried to access radiology report but screen get stuck. Now the app won’t work, just keeps loading. I can’t even log out to try logging in again.

نرجو تحسين التطبيق لان معظم المحتويات داخله لا تعمل ولا نظهر نتائج اي زيارة فيه
