Great app but with some serious technical problems
Update: Raising the rating to 4 stars for customer support. Can’t wait to see the bugs fixed and all the new features so that it can finally get the 5 stars. The app’s features are great, I really love it and honestly it’s easily one of my favourite apps for learning vocab and I easily could’ve given a higher rating if not for some issues: 1. Extremely laggy. Unable to load HSK and goals screens and it this issue wasn’t present in the past versions, even restarting the phone doesn’t help, only reinstalling the app and it’s a temporary fix; 2. During either the revision or learning of the new words the flashcards can become frozen and the only way to resolve it is restarting the app, but it’s not that much of an issue; 3. Right now it’s stuck at the main screen, loading only to stop responding and close on its own, most likely will have to reinstall it yet again, but we all know it can’t go on like this; 4. The community wordlist are either nonexistent or just load an awful lot of time; 5. Became really battery draining and causes the phone to nearly overheat. I’m not quite sure why; 6. Spaced repetition stopped working correctly and instead I got same 20 or so words to revise over and over again (despite answering them correctly). This issue wasn’t present before, had to reinstall; 7. Some of the old words are counted by the app as new words, what makes me confused as for whether I’ve already achieved the daily goal or not. Again, this issue wasn’t present before and is still present after reinstalling; Again, I could easily ignore some of these issues except for the inability to load anything and having to reinstall the app to fix some of them. If I had to just grade the content, I’d give 5/5, but that’s not the case.
