Kitanda App

This is the most dumbest app ever created. Please fix it or make a new one. I have created 3 accounts and it doesn’t recognize any of them. I can’t add new methods of payment. I het zero points for purchases. When I do, I can’t redeem points So stupid!

Every time I try to order through the app, it either says the store is closed (when it isn’t) or it crashes. I literally have never been able to use the app

Fix it please

As others are stating, this app is close to non functional. It crashes consistently when trying to create an account or log in. Took me a week of attempting to successfully create an account. And then I placed an order thru the app, and I didn’t even get points for my purchase.

I LOVE Kitanda, their food is amazing. Best açaí bowls I’ve ever had. But this app is genuinely non-functional. Every time I try to sign up it crashes, and you can’t order food without logging in with an account. So I’m never able to use it 🙃 would love to be able to order ahead online.

Won’t let me pay and took forever just to add my credit card. Now I won’t be able to redeem any rewards that I have gained so far.

Going to start by saying I love Kitanda and go there for coffee and acai bowls all the time. But the experience is completely ruined by this god awful app. 75% of the time, the app does not even function and doesn’t allow to even order. I have had countless issues. There were account creation issues, bugs with ordering certain items, issues with payment that would literally make it so I couldn’t even order. There is currently an issue right now with their VISA payment that prevents me from even being able to order anything. This app is an absolute embarrassment and these developers should never be allowed to work on another app ever again.
