Such a lovely game I used to play it in the past..now I have to delete and re install it every time I want to play it because it gets stacked in the loading screen and never loads except from the first loading..please fix it as I see even a year ago the same problem existed from many players

I’ve been playing normally for 2 months straight, the minute the xmas special ended, I’ve logged in at least 3 areas before, all premium appliances bought in these levels disappeared, purchased with real money. Not only the money wasn’t refunded, I have to buy them again which of course I won’t do apart from deleting the app. Saaaad because it’s an amazing game…
I’m sorry I have to report this but my game is not working correctly ring me back three worlds lost my progress and it’s not loading.
I just download the game and I open it and in 2 minutes it close the game and I lose the energy and I can’t play the game. Please fix it or play it for yourself. Sorry it the most frustrating game I have ever play!

The latest version of the game ruined it for me! You cannot remove an ingredient from a device once you’ve left it there :( Also, my progress is not recorded on the Quests.
