Unfortunately , after a few weeks of being able to earn points and use them. There was an app update and now the app. does not allow Abu Dhabi as a delivery destination . I can’t use my accumulated points balance anymore, can’t earn points and will likely lose my points balance as it slowly expires. While the support were syrupy sweet , they couldnt resolve this without referring to their tech team. No communication on this change and very disappointed.

Just amazing how such app let you choose your favorite items from different brands in one order. Amazing experience!

Ordering from 2-3 different cuisines and brands at the same time is amazing. Kids, husband… everyone is satisfied. Peace and harmony in the household. 😇

Food does not arrive and orders keep getting cancelled without prior notice, customer service is a joke and replying like bots, there is no option for tracking, overall worst food application ever!! Waste of time and effort.

App fails to be able to scan to earn your points… on numerous occasions 🙄

It was my first time experiencing this app and I received my food 25 minutes late super cold. They dont even have a contact number for the delivery guy or the app if you wanna refer to someone you can just by sending private message through app. First and last time
