Kiwibank Mobile Banking

Ive lost my wallet, yet Kiwibank should have an update where it says the Card was used or declined so we can track where our belongings are. Please make a notification supporting the use of the Eftpos/Visa Debit at stores. I want to know where & who is using my card so I could track my things down & get it back.

2 years waiting and apparently impossible or not important enough to customers to improve the FIGURES FONT SIZE!

Support apple pay, but Kiwibank can disrespect their older male pakeha cat loving clients in their ads? Should I go to the ANZ where they might appreciate my investment. I went to the ANZ, they’ve Apple Pay, moved most of my money to another bank, but as a Foundation Customer I tried to keep using some services on the app! But when I unfortunately updated the app ( Nov2024) the app some how was removed? PS. My Cat Fine!!!

if you forget your code to get into the app 3 times, you have to put in your access number and password and then it lets you in but it resets everything and you can’t see any of your cards or balances so you have to go to a branch for them to see your ID and then you can add it. it’s really annoying because i accidentally did the wrong code 3 times and it logged me out so now i have to go all the way to a branch to put my balances in. overall bad app

Idk what happened, but all of the sudden it stopped working.

Does the basics and has a widget to show balance.

It would be awesome if the app notified us that money has been deposited or withdrawn. A few reasons would be 1.Quicker response to fraud charges 2.Other Banks have implemented this already (competition digitally) Hope you guys consider this change would be great - sad fact is I would happily transfer to ANZ just to have this feature.

On June 7th , someone took 400 NZD from my Kiwibank account in Thailand , I clearly stated that I was leaving Thailand on May 19 on the app as instructed by Kiwibank, but it is so unsafe that two months from the incident I still don’t have the money back in my account and the don’t give any solution to this situation. Please don’t trust your money to this bank.

Not cool on top of cutting services and putting profits before people. Been loyal for years, now changing banks. Be better.
