No payment stop in case of failure execution of closing request
I’ve saw a set of 4 scooters of KiwiRide and I needed two. I unblocked two but one I discovered that it was damaged. So without moving them I tried to close both. One closed the ride correctly the other went in error sayings that it was in a wrong area. Because: it was already there with others and I’ve not moved I reported the issue to their support with also several pictures. Nothing, it didn’t stop the charging of my credit card. I started to write several msgs to their support hoping a response. Because no response, I tried to move it manually in a zone that is more sure no gps error can happen but without success. After more than one hour I start to call my bank to block the card (this also took a lot of time, but this is another issue). After 1 hour and 46 minute they stop the charge but settling 20.14 eur to my credit card. Incredible but they response to me at the same time saying that they will refund me 1.18 eur. today I receive another msg saying that they have analysed the issue and actually I forgot to close the ride. So after two days they still doesn’t understand their issue that their process of closing request went in error and they didn’t stop the payment. I think it’s unacceptable that an app of this kind doesn’t block the payment and the scooter in case of issue on their system. This is very unprofessional!
