Cant make booking

Kindly look into the app as it hasn’t been loading for the purpose intended to.

Plz upgrade server system,, always have problem when we want booked court,, plz la government staff to aleart and soft this problam.

I BOOKED A COURT ON 11/8 TO PLAY ON 16/8, ALREADY PAID. MONEY GOT DEDUCTED BUT MY RESERVATION WAS LOADING AND PENDING FOR GOD KNOW HOW LONG TILL I DECIDE TO DOUBLE CHECK ON THE DAY I SUPPOSED TO PLAY. STILL LOADING THE RESERVATION PAGE, WHEN I CALL THE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR SUPRISINGLY IT WAS BOOKED BY SOMEONE ELSE. SHE ASKED ME TO JUST POSTPONED THE DATE SAYING THAT SHE CANT REFUND MY MONEY EVENTHO I SHOW HER MY ACC BANK RECEIPT. YOUR SYSTEM ARE TRASH, PENDING MY BOOKING JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FRIENDS GOT THE BOOKING FIRST EVENTHO THEY BOOKED IT LATE.

One star also not worth the rate, lagging like no one checking the app

I have experienced these issues many times, payment deducted from my bank account, but the court was not booked. Worst thing is, no customer service for us to call… very scary app, government use this to scam money.

Whats the point of reserving when we cannot even pay, payment page is not available most of the time lmao
