KM Rewards

The app does not upgrade points every now and then. Its customer service is hopeless and rude

Very basic App, miles aren’t added automatically when checking in online or at the check in counter they need to be manually inputted by reaching out to costumer service, I’ve just missed out on about 10 flights due to the 6 month dead line to submit flights manually.

The app is totally nonsense

Too many’s transactions are missing. Needs to reflect your latest position and include all transactions. At the moment it is messy.

No overview of awards or conditions for different status reached. No virtual card to show on check in… very poor compared to other

Cannot link flights to KM AWARDS. Does not show my past trips. Something is wrong. Where can one phone or contact? Thank you.

During check in I submitted my KM Rewards number and even after 2 months the points were never updated

Wrong info and cannot edit in settings

Not intuitive and unable to add bookings! GUI needs should be redesigned

The app doesn’t allow users to submit requests for missing transactions and not even a card is added to the wallet.
