The app times out after a couple of minutes so if you’re mid ordering/shopping you have to start again.

It won’t open the App and originally it did, now says error, I have updated the App and still can’t access it

Attended in store to to print pics when attaching pictures to console does not allow to select from favourites in camera roll making it time consuming, I then approached the service desk for advice to be told to download the app, I did and then to go through and follow all app instructions to then not be able to access the wifi to be able to load pictures to console Very disappointed and dissatisfied with customer service and the service availability!

Freezes everytime try to upload photos.

It takes long time to upload photos on calendars. After payment was made, a page stating no photos were uploaded would appear. The order disappeared on Order History within 24 hours, even though nothing was processed.

I used to love using this for fast photo printing, but it’s now riddled with errors and it simply doesn’t work - I can’t order prints via the app. Please fix this - I use it regularly when it works.

I went in store and all 4 computer cables were not working with wires exposed. I attempted all forms of trying to connect via the app to the kiosk inputted in Kmart for an hour with no luck. So I went home and decided to use the app when my baby was asleep. 4 hours later and nothing but anxiety, stress and drama. 4 times I had selected over 80 photos, 4 times I had to change every single photo manually to black and white, 4 times I had to select random photo sizes for all 80 plus photos. This pathetic, useless app (that has potential) continuously refreshed my app and deleted all items in my shopping cart. If it wasn’t a project for my little one’s first birthday I would have thrown in the towel. The glitches are monumental.
