Do not use this company. Very unreliable. They fail to send out a booking and then blame the app saying you don’t have the latest version, even when you do. Their own drivers will also tell you to never use the app.

Used to use this app all the time and it was very presice and now it takes up to 45-60 minutes for a taxi.

Taxi charge more with 60%off estimate runn,How is possible to charge me more with 60% from estimate fare??? Driver stop charge me after I speak with his manager but still I’ve paid more with 60% off my estimate fare!!!I’ve call them and they start explain motorways more expensive ( in last weeks I was on same route more times with extra charge!!)will send as well to trading standards pictures with estimate fare and receipt of what I’m paid!! If somebody know where I can send proof of how they stolen money from customers please let me know

Help me out a lot today. I was snowed in today all of the taxis were one or two hours busy. Phoned these people who sent a taxi within five minutes and I was picked up. Very happy and very pleased.

Had a taxi today to wolverhampton the driver was very professional and helpful couldnt get anything better than KMR thanks
