Generally a good app for park information however the ride times are never correct! Wait times don’t seem to get updated and a “10 minute wait” was always more like 30-40 minutes. The rides in the park itself rarely show a wait time at the entrance, update the app at least!

We went to every single ride and it said 4 mins to 6 mins but some were a hour wait

Adding ticket doesn't work

I can't add my ticket because it says my order number and/or email are wrong. They aren't.

very difficult program

are you kidding me? The geographical location always has only one direction, and the queuing time is not accurate. It shows only ten minutes, but the actual waiting time is more than one hour. Hire a product manager's money and refuse to invest in the cost?

Needs more development and improvement

The good (useful) Season pass and parking season pass has easy access, and also could download to Apple wallet. Needs work: • Ride times are not accurate, do not match posted, and not updated accurately. Time can be off by over 30 minutes either direction. • Mobile ordering only works on ‘Chicken to-go’ a restaurant that a person has to leave the park to get to. Not useful for inside the park. • Restaurants and food kiosks listings should have a menu as to what exactly is available, and if they are open. This should include special event food stalls.

Wait times + 90 minutes or more

Every single wait time is off by about 90 minutes. Whatever the app says, add 90 and you’re good.
